Quality Control
The second phase of the qualification process is the execution of a translation project assigned by a Project Manager. In order to qualify as an OURS linguist, the candidate must complete a translation and score a minimum Language Quality Index (LQX) of 90. As part of a real project, the translation result would be logged by reviewers. If the candidate fails for 3 times, then we would not hire him or her in the future.
